FAQ’s

What is a Professional Organizer?

A Professional Organizer enhances the lives of clients by designing systems and processes using organizing principles and through transferring organizing skills. A Professional Organizer also educates the public on organizing solutions and the resulting benefits.

How do you charge for your services?

Needs assessment, hands-on assistance, and telephone consultations are charged hourly.

My home or office is too messy — I'm embarrassed!

Organizing Solutions for You provides complete confidentiality and non-judgmental assistance. With our help, you won’t have to be embarrassed and close bedroom doors and closets when guests come. You’ll want to have your friends and colleagues over to visit your home.

How long will it take to get organized?

Organization is a process, not a state we achieve in one day. A typical appointment lasts 4-6 hours and the total number of hours will vary depending on the complexity of the project, how much you wish to do yourself, and your ability to make decisions. After the organizing system is set-up, you will continuously maintain it and work on it, one day at a time. The good news is that once you learn good systems, habits, and tools, it becomes easy to bounce back.

What can I expect from you?

  • Complete confidentiality
